Surface areas are 102 m² and 63 m² respectively. Classifacation ***(*). Both houses have independent central heating systems. Both houses have 3 bedrooms with hot and cold running water. The houses are furnished in a childfriendly manner with a child's bed, babybath and high chair. There is a large - partly shared - enclosed garden with balconies overlooking the garden. Some bicycles and a cart are available. Passes for entry the dunes of the 'Noord-Hollands Dune Reserve' and the 'Kennemer-dunes' are avaiable for our guests, as well as such information on walking, cycling, Amsterdam Pass and other leisure activities in the Province of North-Holland. Sorry, no pets.

The houses are situated in a quiet street near shops and close to the beach. Both houses have a high speed internet connection. House number 1 has 2 park-licenses. House number 2 has 1 park-license and a garage.

Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three Egmonds. It started off as a fishing spot but since the beginning of this century it has been clearly recognisable as part of the scene. The Jan van Speyck lighthouse stands prominently on the boulevard and can be seen from throughout the village. The village offers the holiday-maker plenty of entertainment. Terraces, restaurants, a sub-tropical swimming paradise, sports facilities and a shopping district with something for everybody. Where the builings of Egmond aan Zee give up, the natural beauty of the National Park ""Noord-Holland Dune Reserve'' begins.
